Amritsar Dalhousie Dharamshala Tour

6 Night – 7 Days Tour Package

We planned this Amritsar Dalhousie Dharamshala Tour Package with Pathankot for a very interesting reason, i.e start from Sikh religious place to move British culture and than come to Buddha’s land and after that visit a glimpse of Pathankot that give you again a feel of Sikh culture, means you ended your journey with the same impression with which you started.

Here we would like to explain a brief history of one major location of this tour, i.e Dharamshala.

Dharamshala is a popular hill station in Himachal Pradesh that attracts a large number of tourists annually. It is the principal township of the Kangra district and was formerly known as Bhagsu. This hill station boasts of a thick cover of oak and conifer trees along with snow-capped mountains on three sides.
During the British rule, Lord Elgin (Viceroy from 1862-63) was mesmerised by the beauty of the destination as it reminded him of his home in Scotland. It is said that Lord Elgin requested the British Monarch to make Dharamshala the summer capital of India.
