TOUR EXECUTIVE – OPERATIONS

Job Summary:
Required experience person only who have worked with travel agency and deal with clients with their travel requirements Holiday packages for outbound tour. Need to reply day to day clients queries. Follow up about the status of query and make them confirm.

Responsibilities and Duties:
As part of the team, you will be required to communicate and coordinate with the hotels and suppliers for bookings, additional services etc. Changes in number or schedule, if any to be intimated to suppliers within the timeline. And care has to be taken to ensure that land arrangements of every guest is processed smoothly.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in travel studies and/or Diploma/equivalent in travel and tourism
• 1-4 years of experience in a similar profile
• Excellent communication skills
